We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Front Office Receptionist internally) to join our team at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments in Auckland, New Zealand.
This role is a dynamic mix of front office reception, customer service, administration, and property management support within a student accommodation environment. It provides an excellent opportunity to build practical skills in a structured and supportive workplace.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Full-time position – 40 hours per week across a Monday to Friday roster
- Additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters
- Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area
- Assist with the ongoing property management of the student apartments
- Conduct room inspections and provide general administrative support
- Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing
- Liaise with third parties including maintenance contractors, cleaners, and security providers
- Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times
ABOUT YOU - Strong focus on service quality with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the accommodation or hospitality industry
- Experience with Console (resident and property management platform) is highly regarded
- Knowledge of Tenancy Services processes and requirements is advantageous
- Culturally aware with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Willing and able to complete a Police Vetting Check (required)
