About the Role: Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for the operational, financial and cultural success of multiple properties across the UniLodge Australian National University (ANU) portfolio. Working closely with university partners, you will facilitate operational success and deliver a first-class residential experience.
This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring strong commercial judgement, stakeholder influence and a genuine passion for people development.
At a glance, you will:
- Lead multi-site teams to achieve operational excellence and outstanding customer service outcomes
- Own budget performance, forecasting, variance management and revenue growth
- Build trusted relationships with universities, investors and internal teams
- Support the university to drive occupancy, pricing and competitive positioning across the portfolio
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams while fostering a strong, positive workplace culture.
Our Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded leader with proven experience managing multiple sites or complex operations. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check + Working with Vulnerable People's Check
- Proven senior leadership experience across multiple sites or a portfolio environment
- Experience in property, accommodation, hospitality, student living or a similarly complex service environment
- Highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
