This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, supporting high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless delivery across both new developments and established premium assets within one of Australia’s fastest-growing residential sectors.
About the Role:
This pivotal role works closely with the Area General Manager and senior operational leaders, supporting day-to-day operations, project mobilisations, resident engagement initiatives, and administration. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest operational standards and enabling our teams to deliver an exceptional, elevated experience to every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of the resident app for new assets, serving as the subject matter expert and delivering training to on-site teams and new starters
- Manage platform-wide PMA and KPI trackers, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and provides actionable insights
- Support operational excellence across all assets by assisting teams, championing SOPs, and embedding consistent, high-quality practices
- Coordinate project mobilisations, including PCG meetings, documentation preparation, and smooth operational handovers
- Prepare and maintain key property documentation, including Lease Templates, House Rules, Apartment Guides, and ancillary licences.
About You: To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities across a sophisticated, multi-asset platform
- Confident communicator with the ability to train teams, support senior leadership, and collaborate across departments (i.e., Operations, Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing, and HSEQ).
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to operational excellence
