About the Role
Take charge of front desk operations as a Customer Service Coordinator and be the first point of contact for our vibrant student community. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support residents through move-ins and maintenance and contribute to community initiatives to facilitate seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
Oversee resident check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end-of-shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card).
Valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or be willing to obtain)
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
To be able to commit to a 5 day rotating roster
