INDI is a premium Build-to-Rent brand, defined by design-led living, thoughtful service and exceptional resident experience. We are on the lookout for a Resident Experience Portfolio Manager to curate, lead and elevate the residential experience across two flagship Victorian assets:
INDI Southbank
INDI Footscray.
About the Role:
This senior portfolio role is responsible for setting the strategic framework for resident experience and delivering consistently high standards across the full resident lifecycle - from mobilisation through stabilisation. Working in close partnership with senior operational leaders, you will ensure INDI continues to set the benchmark for quality, engagement and satisfaction within the Build-to-Rent sector.
This is an opportunity to play a defining role in shaping sophisticated residential communities and reinforcing Indi’s position as a market leader in premium Build to Rent living.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the resident experience strategy across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring a consistent and high-quality living experience
Manage and support Resident Experience teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and professionalism
Work closely with General Managers, Leasing and Facilities teams to deliver seamless, resident-focused operations
Plan and deliver brand-aligned community initiatives, including curated events and ongoing engagement programs
Increase amenity use and resident engagement by monitoring results and applying insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
About You:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
Valid Cert IV in Real Estate Practice/Agent's Rep in VIC
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a premium service or property-led sector
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide and support on-site teams
