About the Role

As our Resident Experience Team Member, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at West Tower Melbourne Quarter. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing professional, efficient and friendly service at all times.
• Manage front desk operations, handling calls, enquiries, and requests with confidence, accuracy, and a strong customer-service focus.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Represent a leading Build-to-Rent brand, demonstrating a strong understanding of BTR principles and maintaining high service standards that set the community apart.
• Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and front office systems with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this position, we are seeking a candidate with: 

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Confident problem solving and decision making ability
• Entry level leasing experience
