About the Role:
You will be the go-to person for our team, ensuring our offices run smoothly, our new hires feel welcome, our events are a success, and our team stays connected. This role is the critical link that supports our people and enables our operational success across Australia. This position is based in our Brisbane Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing main phone lines and directing enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Keep the office running smoothly by coordinating daily housekeeping tasks and preparing meeting rooms as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the Brisbane office, including supplies management, facilities coordination, mail, shared inboxes, and supplier liaison.
- Manage local laptop inventory, support new starter equipment setup, and provide basic on-site IT assistance.
- Foster a positive and engaged team culture by coordinating events, recognition initiatives, and staff activities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itinerary management.
- Assist with office-related invoicing, reconciliations, banking, and provide additional administrative support to the PA/Office Manager as required.
About You:
You’re an organised and detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You confidently manage shifting priorities, take initiative, and solve problems before they escalate. Approachable and collaborative, you enjoy building strong working relationships and supporting those around you. Ideally, you will also have:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- A valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use the Microsoft Office 365 Suite & Google Workspace
