About the Role: As our Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager through a range of administrative and clerical functions that contribute to driving property sales and increasing listings over time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system to support effective communication
- Coordinate and distribute contracts to purchasers using streamlined, paperless processes
- Provide vendors with timely updates on inspections and sales activity
- Respond to enquiries from prospective purchasers and sellers in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager, including cover during absences.
What you will bring: To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check + WWCC (or be willing to obtain)
- Valid + current Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Previous experience in sales administration, real estate, or a customer-focused support role
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach to customers and stakeholders.
