About the Role

Reporting to the National Leasing Manager, the Regional Leasing Manager is accountable for leasing performance, pricing strategy, and occupancy outcomes across the Victorian BTR portfolio.
  
This role combines commercial strategy with hands-on leadership, playing a critical part in asset launches, team capability building, and the optimisation of leasing performance across multiple sites in a dynamic and expanding business.
  
Key responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance across the Victorian region
• Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing leasing teams
• Oversee leasing strategy for new asset launches and stabilised communities
• Deliver exceptional external stakeholder engagement and communication
• Collaborate with senior leaders, marketing teams, and external agency partners
• Embed best-practice leasing, sales, renewal, and customer experience processes

This role is ideal for an experienced leasing leader who thrives in a growth environment and is ready to make a meaningful commercial and operational impacts.
  
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in residential or Build-to-Rent leasing management, ideally across multiple assets
• Commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving occupancy, rental growth and revenue outcomes.
• Track record in delivery of strategic leasing outcomes, exceeding targets and budgets
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong working knowledge of Victorian real estate operations and legislation
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• A current Estate Agent’s Licence issued by the Business Licensing Authority (BLA).
