What is Build-to-Rent (BTR)?

The build to rent model in Australia is a new way of renting that offers long-term security and flexible leases, with more options for tenants. Under build to rent Australia, one organisation owns the entire building and the rental units are leased individually. This single-ownership model allows secure rental terms for residents while accessing the benefits of professional property management. BTR offers a premium experience to residents, with leasing flexibility, an easy move-in process, on-site management and an inclusion offer of a range of services and facilities to make your apartment your home (such as a gym, entertainment areas, outdoor dining and a pool to name a few!).

Role Overview:

As the Resident Concierge, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community.
  
As the Resident concierge, you will:

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Your Property

Preston is a vibrant, design-led BTR community based 10km outside of the Melbourne CBD. About You:

With a background in BTR, property or hotels, you will bring:

• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for community building.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Confident problem solving and decision making ability
• Entry level leasing experience
