Role Overview: As our People Advisor, you will be tasked with facilitating a seamless and compliant employee experience from day one. You will lead onboarding, oversee lifecycle compliance, and act as the superuser for our HR system, UKG Workforce Ready (WFR).
You will be the trusted point of contact for employees and managers – providing HR and ER guidance, managing key documentation, resolving WFR issues, and partnering with our Payroll team. In this role, you will also support Work Cover and return to work processes, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to reporting, policy updates, training, and continuous improvement. This is a varied role where your impact is felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee onboarding and safeguard compliance across all lifecycle documentation.
- Provide trusted HR and ER guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee data and act as WFR superuser.
- Manage Work Cover, return-to-work processes, and liaise with Payroll.
- Support HR reporting, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To Be Successful: - Unlimited working rights in Australia
- A valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Experience in a similar HR role, supporting multiple teams and providing trusted HR guidance.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Tertiary qualification in Business/HR – not essential, but highly regarded.
