Role Overview:
  
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and the drive to deliver exceptional results across multiple assets? UniLodge is seeking a General Manager – Portfolio (GMP) to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, leading high-performing teams and driving commercial success through innovation, accountability, and exceptional service delivery.
  
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the total property and business management of multiple sites across the University of Sydney - ensuring every property under your portfolio not only meets but exceeds its financial, operational, and customer experience goals. You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to investors, owners’ corporations, and the wider UniLodge network - cultivating relationships built on transparency and excellence.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire multi-site teams to deliver excellence and create a culture of collaboration and performance.
• Drive financial results by managing budgets, maximising revenue, and ensuring each property meets its targets.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with investors, owners, and partners through transparency and trust.
• Champion operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality, and consistency across all properties.
• Enhance the resident experience with outstanding service, vibrant communities, and well-maintained environments.

About You:
  
You’re a hands-on leader with proven experience in student accommodation/hotels, bringing both strategic oversight and practical know-how.
 
We’re looking for someone with: 

• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site operations or large-scale property portfolios (minimum 5 years’ experience)
• Deep operational understanding of property or accommodation management, with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Certificate of Registration lodged with NSW Fair Trading
