Role Summary – Residential Concierge:

Be the heart of our community.
At Essence Communities, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face that makes residents feel right at home. By co-ordinating events and offering best in class service, you’ll help create a connected, thriving community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver friendly, professional service that sets the tone for a positive resident experience.
•  Support leasing and property operations - from check-ins and inspections to leasing tours.
• Jump in to resolve resident issues quickly and with care.
• Work closely with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to keep everything running smoothly.

About You:
Passionate about people and a genuine interest in building communities. You take pride in great customer service and thrive on teamwork, collaborating with all members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while always prioritising residents’ safety, privacy, and satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Confident problem solving and decision making ability
• Property or retail sales experience (highly regarded)
• Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate VIC (highly regarded)
