About the Role

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exceptional resident experience through events, engagement, and service excellence.
• Driving ancillary income through innovative service offerings tailored to resident needs.
• Collaborating on marketing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Managing the property’s digital platform to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with residents, local suppliers, and stakeholders.

Caulfield Place is a premier Build to Rent community featuring 351 apartments and 5 townhouses. Residents enjoy luxury amenities including a gym, yoga studio, pool, spa, sauna, co-working spaces, lounges, dining areas, cocktail bar, outdoor entertaining deck, pet facilities, and electric car charging stations — all designed to elevate modern living.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for community building.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
• Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
