Leasing Agent – Your New Role:
  
Drive leasing success and deliver outstanding residential service in a premium Build To Rent (BTR) community at Essence Communities Melbourne. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll lead leasing outcomes, deliver exceptional leasing experiences and nurture prospective residents through the entire leasing journey in the role of Leasing Agent.
  
At a glance, you will:

• Achieve occupancy and rental targets with a focus on premium BTR benefits
• Manage CRM efficiently and maintain accurate leasing records
• Conduct compelling property tours and lease negotiations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Collaborate with our internal marketing team to showcase properties at their best

About You:
  
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Unrestricting working rights in Australia
• Current Agent’s Representative Certification (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
• Attention to detail and data management
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
