About the Role
  
At Hive Property – Kelvin Grove, the Junior Assistant Coordinator (internally referred to as Administration Coordinator) supports the Leasing & Property Management team by coordinating key collections, assisting with inspections, managing open homes, processing lease renewals and maintaining tenant communications.

Collaborating with our Hive team and Virtual Assistants, you’ll help drive seamless operations while supporting marketing, staging, and advertising to attract top tenants.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate key collections, entry/exit inspections, and open homes, ensuring a smooth process for new and departing tenants.
• Act as a key contact for tenants, managing enquiries, addressing issues, and providing outstanding service.
• Assist with application processing, lease renewals, and break lease procedures in collaboration with our Virtual Assistants.
• Support property advertising, staging, and marketing campaigns to attract quality tenants.
• Work closely with the Business Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and team to maintain high property standards and seamless operations.

Skills & Experience:
  
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
• Valid National Police Check (within 3 months or be willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Tech-savvy and confident with property management systems – experience with Property Tree highly regarded
• Excellent written + verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors and internal teams
