THE ROLE We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor – Reservations to lead the front-line team in the efficient and effective operations of Reception. This will be achieved by:
- The maintenance and development of customer service standards
- The maintenance and development of management systems
- A focus on maximising occupancy levels and business opportunities
Our ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and passionate about delivering great customer service to our residents and visitors. As you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our front desk reception you will display a “we care” attitude and have the confidence to problem solve and manage any issues that arise. Previous leadership experience in the student accommodation, real estate or hotel industry will be highly regarded, and beneficial in this role. You will be experienced with leasing and have the ability to maintain high occupancy at the property.
Our mandatory requirements include:
- Work rights in Australia and New Zealand
- National Police Check
- State Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- ACT State Real Estate Qualification - Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Training QLD
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
