About the Role: 

In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our buildings and shared spaces are well-presented, safe and running efficiently. As our Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the resident experience across our asset. You will lead a dedicated team of Maintenance Coordinators, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that every resident enjoys a seamless, safe, and welcoming environment. Your leadership and commitment to service excellence will be key in fostering a positive community outlook.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Oversee day-to-day facilities, maintenance, and capital works.
• Lead contractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, building codes, and essential services.
• Create a resident-first environment through well-maintained facilities.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and support sustainability initiatives.

About You: 

With a strong foundation in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management, you will have demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Known for your strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, you work just as effectively independently as you do in a collaborative environment.

You must also have:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Blue Card/WWCC
• Class C licence + reliable vehicle 
• Ability to work on-call or after-hours when required for emergency situations
• Proficient with facilities management systems and MS Office suite
