Role Overview:
  
We are seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage all maintenance activities across our properties. You’ll be the vital link between residents, contractors, and our property management team – ensuring our communities remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Here's what else you'll do: 

• Coordinate and schedule all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks for the asset.
• Experience in performing general repairs such as plumbing, electrical, plant and machinery, light bulb changes, painting, plastering and carpentry
• Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
• Monitor and manage maintenance requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and prompt follow-up
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Source and manage contractors, ensuring quality work and compliance with company standards
• Assist Property Manager and Facilities Manager with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring a positive living experience

Skills & Experience: 

You will bring proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management - ideally within residential, BTR, or retirement living environments. Highly organised and tech-savvy, you will  thrive on juggling multiple priorities while delivering a seamless service experience. More about you:

• Trade qualified (highly regarded)
