The Role - Night Manager:
We are on the look out for an individual to join our after hours operations team on a part time basis in Nirimba. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during the overnight hours.
In your role, you will gain exposure to a range of tasks and responsibilities including:
- Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
- Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs.
- Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.

This role will require you to work if your regular shift falls on a Public Holiday.
Our mandatory requirements include:
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children's Check
- Valid work rights in Australia
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
- Must be available to work weekends, 4 PM – 1 AM shift times.
