About the Role As our Leasing Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the success of one of Melbourne’s most anticipated Build-to-Rent communities. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the leasing function of a premium asset, where lifestyle, service, and community meet. You will shape the resident experience from first enquiry through to long-term tenancy – championing a seamless, customer-centric leasing journey that reflects the elevated standards of Caulfield Place. Key responsibilities include:
Drive a results-focused leasing approach to optimise rent, maximise occupancy, and meet retention goals.
Oversee the full leasing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, customer-first experience from enquiry to renewal.
Coach and support the Leasing Agent to exceed performance targets and uphold brand standards.
Maintain accurate data and insights to support lead conversion, strategy, and operational excellence.
Foster community connection and satisfaction to drive renewals and long-term tenancy outcomes.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Valid Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 1/Class 2 Real Estate Licence (VIC).
Demonstrated leasing experience in either residential, commercial or retail sector.
Strong financial acumen + ability to interpret and apply data to drive leasing performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving abilities.
