Be at the Healm 

As our General Manager, you will lead our upcoming Perth Central location by facilitating outstanding student experiences, strong financial performance, and high operational standards. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day management in line with operating agreements, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing team. With a focus on student wellbeing and asset upkeep, you’ll play a key role in delivering UniLodge’s commitment to quality and service.
  
At a glance, you will:

• Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, educational institutions, and owner groups.
• Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through effective rate management, competitor analysis, and strategic marketing plans.
• Develop strong relationships with universities, agents, and student networks to keep UniLodge top of mind.
• Ensure high service standards and resident satisfaction, reflected through strong survey results.

Skills & Experience:
  
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

• Valid National Police Check
• Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
• Valid WA Real Estate Agent Licence.
• High level problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and customer service excellence
• Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
