About the Role: Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and keen to grow your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment? As Customer Service Coordinator, your day will be filled with a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service, giving you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.
At a glance, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all residents and visitors
- Assist with the coordination and oversight of property management tasks related to the student apartments
- Perform a range of administrative duties including record-keeping, data entry, and preparing reports to support property operations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and communal areas to ensure they meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Respond to student enquiries, providing support related to their residency, academic life, general needs, and overall well-being.
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role, our ideal candidate will have:
- Police Vetting (must be willing to obtain)
- A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
- Experience in a University Environment (desirable)
- Experience with property management systems (highly regarded)
- Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
