Strategic Leasing Opportunity Join Melbourne Quarter West as Leasing Manager for Melbourne’s premier Build to Rent asset. Lead leasing strategy to maximise rental income, occupancy, and retention while delivering a premium experience to prospective and existing residents. In this role, you will manage and mentor the leasing team, collaborate with marketing and property teams, and optimise CRM and property systems. At a glance, you will:
- Lead leasing initiatives to optimise rent, occupancy, retention and strengthen ancillary growth
- Manage the end-to-end leasing journey, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for tenants
- Oversee reporting, system accuracy, and legislative compliance.
- Coach and support the Leasing Agent to achieve high performance.
- Work closely with internal teams, owners, and external stakeholders to align leasing performance with broader commercial goals, delivering timely insights and updates.
About You To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: - Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current Assistant Agent Certificate or a Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (VIC)
- Proven leasing experience across residential, commercial, or retail property sectors
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on exceeding targets and performance KPIs
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities with ease
