Position Snapshot: As our Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations across the UniLodge NSW Portfolio, which includes Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), university-based residences, and boarding houses. This role is pivotal in managing the provision of high-level administrative support and coordination across the portfolio, with a strong focus on time management, quality delivery, and meeting key contractual obligations.
At a glance, you will:
- Deliver high-level administrative support and coordination of key reports and documentation
- Monitor and manage KPIs across a diverse property portfolio
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents aligned with strategic service plans
- Lead end-of-month reporting and support financial compliance
- Assist with WH&S inspections, including scheduling and accurate record-keeping
What You’ll Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Experience in real estate or property management admin (highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
- Collaborative and relationship-driven, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
