Our Role:
  
Step into a leadership role where no two days are the same! Our team are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a dynamic and growing property portfolio. 
  
You'll oversee all building services, ensuring compliance, managing contractors, mitigating risks, and maintaining safety, while delivering a high-quality living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily facilities operations and contractor coordination
• Oversee building compliance, safety, and preventative maintenance
• Manage budgets, maintenance planning, and reporting
• Deliver a high standard of service to residents, owners, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required: 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid State Driver's Licence (Class C preferred) 
• Strong knowledge of building compliance and OH&S
• Experience managing facilities, contractors, and essential services
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Trade qualification -  mechanical engineering, carpentry, plumbing or related industry (highly desirable).
