As a
Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will manage clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Managers.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate resident outcomes.
- Oversee clinical care delivery, medication administration, and complex care needs in alignment with professional standards.
- Promote resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
- Lead and mentor care staff while upholding the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and health records.
What We Are Looking For - Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience: 1–2 years of RN experience in aged care is preferred (though passionate nurses with transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation abilities.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and aligned with our core values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Loyalty.
Compliance & Safeguarding Requirements - Valid National Police Check.
- Completion of a pre-employment medical and drug assessment.
- Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu & COVID-19) in line with public health guidelines and organizational policy.
