The residence brings an unprecedented level of affordable luxury to Aged Care and is designed to create an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for our residents and families to enjoy.

About the role:

Join our dedicated team in a rewarding aged care environment. We’re currently seeking passionate and reliable Kitchen Staff, Carers, and Registered Nurses to support our residents with quality care and service. Whether you’re preparing nutritious meals, providing personal care, or delivering clinical support – your contribution makes a difference.

          Advantaged Care has 5 facilities with varying shifts on offer.

                            Georges Hall - near Bansktown
                            Prestons Lodge - near Liverpool
                            Edensor Gardens - near Fairfield
                            Barden Lodge - near Sutherland
                            Bondi Waters - near Bondi Beach

Experienced Kitchen staff - Catering and Assistant Cook roles available for the right person.

What we look for:
Compassionate and experienced Care Service Companions with good availability and Registered nurse

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• 1-2 years Registered Nursing experience in Aged Care is preferable. 
• Clear understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
• A strong passion for quality in aged care
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Motivated with an ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Good administration / documentation skills
• Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
• Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.
