Advantaged Care are seeking a Physiotherapist with relevant aged care experience, committed to continual improvement in service delivery, to work across two of our facilities in South Western Sydney.
You will be supported by a Physio Aid. 

As the Physiotherapist it is your responsibility to ensure that the mobility and pain management care of residents, including planning, assessment, evaluation and delivery of care is carried out in accordance with individual needs of residents.
The successful candidate will hold:

• 2 - 3 years physiotherapy experience, preferably in aged care.
• AHPRA Registered as a Physiotherapist
• A strong passion for Aged Care.
• Personable with a get up and go attitude
