A global leader in airline catering, is looking for Flight Agents to join our Transport team at Auckland Airport.
As a Flight Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring aircraft are catered correctly and on time. You'll work closely with airline crews and internal teams to ensure all catering equipment and products are loaded accurately before departure. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will help keep flights running safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify all catering products and equipment before transport to aircraft
• Ensure airline catering loads are complete, accurate, and ready for departure
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve shortages or loading discrepancies
• Communicate with the Duty Officer to action late requests promptly
• Deliver catering to aircraft and hand over to flight crew, explaining any non-standard items
• Respond to special or last-minute crew requests while supporting on-time departures
• Complete food safety, delivery, and billing documentation accurately
• Report ongoing loading issues to support continuous improvement
• Follow all company, airline, and airport procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Full Licence
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, printing, and using computer systems
• Good numerical skills and the ability to complete basic calculations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with strict deadlines
