A local Automotive shop in Airport Oaks is seeking full time experienced and motivated Service Advisor.
A Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the automotive industry, serving as the liaison between customers and service technicians.
Key responsibilities typically include:

• Greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
• Providing estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Scheduling appointments and managing service timelines.
• Communicating with customers about the status of their vehicles.
• Recommending additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Processing payments and handling invoicing.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Handling parts ordering, including identifying necessary parts, placing orders with suppliers, and tracking inventory levels.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for service jobs.
• Utilizing computer systems and software for scheduling, invoicing, and record- keeping purposes.
• Upholding service centre standards for customer service and satisfaction.
• Hours are Mon – Fri 8am-5pm (there would be a requirement to work on alternate Saturday)

Job Requirements

• Experience working in automotive industry
• At least few years of customer service / reception experience
• Possess strong communication skills
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Able to pass MOJ check and drug test
