The 12-month parental leave cover CaW Manager position provides a unique opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced manager to contribute to the workplace mental health field.
This role will be a full time fixed term contract for 12 months and will be based in our head office in Abbotsford, Victoria.
Reporting into the SLT (Senior Leadership Team), the CaW Manager role is a strategic management role that drives the day to day operations of the company. The CaW Manager sits on the Business Development Team (BDT) seeking out and responding to new business opportunities.
The Caraniche at Work Manager brings together all Caraniche’s workplace consultancy and training services under one manger to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery. These services include training, EAP, critical incident response, trauma management, clinical supervision and mediation.
The role involves leading the CaW intake, clinical and training teams; oversight of processes; and quality management of large pool of associates. It combines clinical understanding with exemplary customer service to proactively identify and service the needs of our customer organisations and our individual clients.
The CaW Manager also sets the strategic vision for the CaW business unit, contributing to strategy and assisting to drive the company forward. In line with this direction, the role oversees all functions of the business unit, including overall financial, business development and relationship management responsibilities, and directs and supports the CaW extended leadership team in the provision of operational support and clinical guidance to all CaW staff. We are looking for a dynamic, values driven people leader who is excited about the prospect of expanding our workplace consultancy service. The successful candidate will have a deep insight into the workplace well being sector and extensive experience managing a health-related consultancy service. Although not essential, qualifications in Psychology, Organisational Psychology or equivalent will be highly regarded What we offer
