Your new Role:
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Governance, this hands-on role will work closely with the executive team & stakeholders across the business to ensure Caraniche are meeting accreditation, risk management & compliance requirements.
This is a pivotal role needing a collaborative and influential individual to ensure Caraniche meet compliance standards, manage risk & mitigation whilst encouraging continuous improvements according to contractual and regulatory requirements.
You will be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement experience to educate & influence across all levels.
This role will ideally suit someone with a passion for mental health & wishing to make an impact within a growing area affecting the wider community.
What we are looking for: - Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
- Extensive experience Quality/Compliance Manager or similar role managing enterprise risk management.
- Proven experience in administering ISO 9001 certified quality system, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks and standards, specifically around ISO 9001, National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for Community Managed Organisations, National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards ,Safeguarding Children Framework and MARAM.
- Working knowledge of Privacy Laws and Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
- Demonstrated communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders across all executive and operational levels.
- High level of adaptability and understanding of change management principles.
- Experience in health, allied health or community services desirable.
