Your new Role and Team:
The Social Justice Services Epping team is recruiting an AOD Counsellor/Social worker/Psychologist/Provisional psychologist to provide individual counselling intervention, assessment and care co-ordination to a diverse client group including mandated and voluntary clients accessing our services, as funded by the Department of Health.
This is a challenging and rewarding role and we are looking for professionals to join our team to deliver high quality services, working with some of the community’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. What we are looking for: - Relevant qualification (and registration if applicable) within Counselling, Psychology or Social work
- Current and valid Police Check and valid Working with Children’s Check
- Relevant work experience providing dual diagnosis counselling treatment and/or working in an intervention role working with complex presentations
- Ability to work predominantly onsite at Epping office location, with some hybrid work negotiated based on FTE, individual and business needs
