An exciting opportunity to join a leading Aged Care provider in the role of HR Manager.
 
With a strong emphasis on organisational development and employee relations, you will be working closely with the GM of People and Culture on delivering on the strategic plan and cultural framework.

Duties will include:

• Contribute to and deliver organisational development and change management strategies that help embed the cultural frameworks
• Provide leadership in all aspects of the strategy including learning and development, organisational capability, knowledge management and culture
• Implement metrics to measure effectiveness of change management approaches
• Assist with designing and implementing focus groups and workshops where needed
• Work with Line Managers with appropriate and aligned personal development plans for staff growth and engagement
• Provide leadership on employee and industrial relations matters, EBA bargaining, performance management and dispute resolution with staff, unions and management
• Award interpretation and ensuring compliance across the business units
• Lead and develop the HR team
• Collate and generate high level information for board reports

Previous experience within the Aged Care or Health sector would be advantageous but not essential. Skills required include:

• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Significant experience in HR / OD with a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects
• Ability to engage and influence Executive and Operational Managers in promoting a people management culture
• Relevant degree qualifications
