Young Guns NZ is expanding due to strong customer demand, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated team players to join our high-performing warehouse crews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading shipping containers safely and efficiently
• Sorting, labelling, and pallet wrapping a wide range of products
• Working as part of a team to meet performance targets
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that keeps you active throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude and reliability. Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work safely in a team environment
• Good level of physical fitness
• Own reliable transport to and from work

Work Schedule
Shifts are generally offered Monday to Friday, generally shift starts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Work is allocated based on business needs, and shift assignments will be communicated in advance. Employees are expected to be available and ready to work as scheduled.

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

• Forklift licence
• Previous warehouse or labouring experience
