Young Guns is hiring for our team in Dandenong South and we’re looking for reliable, motivated people ready to unlock their #bestversion.

The role involves unloading shipping containers containing various product types and weights and also includes sorting, labelling and wrapping pallets. The more productive you work as a team, the more you get paid!

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• High Achievement – You’re driven to succeed. You put in the effort, want to improve and always aim to be more productive.
• High Trust – You show up on time, take responsibility for your actions and communicate clearly with your team.

A forklift license is a great bonus but it’s not a must-have. However, if you’ve got experience using a slip sheet, you’ll be in high demand. Either way, we’ve got you covered with full training and development to help you build your skills and grow with us.

All successful applicants will have their own reliable, personal transport as many work locations are not near public transport.
