No prior container or warehouse experience is required as we will train you from day one! A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are all you need to be a part of Young Guns.  [Must be 18+]

A Typical shift at Young Guns:

• Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 6-8 hours depending on daily workload)
• We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers with some team lifts up to 50lbs, to pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage for put-away drivers
• Daily Online Training & Development (Soft & Hard Skills)
• Our Safety culture is critical at Young Guns, every team members goes home the same way they came in.
