The Wilner Group is partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support its estate planning and business planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can independently manage matters from intake through execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Prepare corporate and business formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and related legal records.
• Manage transactional matters from client intake through execution while maintaining organized files, deadlines, and client communication.
• Support attorneys with document preparation, trust funding, entity maintenance, research, and other transactional matters.
• Utilize legal practice management software to accurately manage workflows and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting estate planning and business planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of corporate formations and transactional legal work.
• Experience with legal practice management software; WealthCounsel and/or comparable platforms preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Law firm experience, preferably within estate planning or business law.
