The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, a ramp manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience. Together we are searching for a Staff Accountant to join their team in the Bergen County, NJ area.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in daily operations and department management.
• Provide backup coverage for finance team PTO to ensure continuous on-site support.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Allocate invoices correctly across divisions and apply customer discounts appropriately.
• Complete weekly bank reconciliations to support a three-day monthly close.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial statements.
• Verify accuracy of Average Cost calculations and intercompany transaction reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years’ experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, general accounting, and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Compensation: $75k - $100k
