The Wilner Group has partnered with a boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, including dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Together, we are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in NJ (NY or PA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $155K–$165K based on experience.
