The Wilner Group has partnered with a HVAC company that helps their customers increase the return on their building investment. Together, we are seeking a Business Manager to join their team at their South Amboy, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee an administrative team of up to 10 employees.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decision-making
• Supervise office staff and administrative personnel as needed.
• Work closely with technicians and project managers to track job costing and job profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a business management or accounting role (HVAC, construction, or trades industry preferred).
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and GAAP principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $95k - $100k based on experience.
