The Wilner Group has partnered with a HVAC company that helps their customers increase the return on their building investment. Together, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team at their South Amboy, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Oversee daily work orders, ensuring accurate documentation, timely completion, and proper billing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Prioritize service requests and allocate resources efficiently based on urgency, technician availability, and location.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a service coordination or dispatch role within the HVAC industry.
• Proficient with service management software (Timberline, Sage300, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and field operations is strongly preferred.

Compensation: $60k - $80k based on experience.
