The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, an international manufacturer and technology leader with decades of experience providing innovative infrastructure solutions for customers in the energy, telecom, defense, transportation, and other industrial markets. Together, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join their team full-time, in-person at their Kearny, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and monitor physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
• Perform accounting, analysis, and reporting of manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, and freight.
• Compare actual costs to estimates and collaborate with other departments to determine causes and corrective actions.
• Investigate inventory counting variances and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $90k based on experience.
