The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, an international manufacturer and technology leader with decades of experience providing innovative infrastructure solutions for customers in energy, telecom, defense, transportation, and other industrial markets. Together, we are seeking an SAP Business Analyst to join their team full-time, in-person at their Charleston, SC location.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple business functions by clarifying and transforming business needs into functional requirements, designing new or modifying existing operational processes.
• Design process and data flows for new requests, identifying possible interdependencies and synergies across organizational units and functions.
• Create functional and non-functional specifications that form the basis of technical analysis by the development team.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and use advanced analytics and statistics to identify hidden patterns in large datasets.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of an ISO 9001 Quality System.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and thrive in a demanding environment.
• Ability to travel as required.

Compensation: $140k–$155k based on experience.
