Who our client is:
 A Podiatry Practice that provides the highest level of foot and ankle care to patients of all ages. Our client believes that early intervention, prompt diagnosis, careful prevention, and effective treatment are the essential tools used in caring for and treating your feet. They utilize state-of-the-art digital x-ray and ultrasound systems to aid in their diagnoses, and they provide their patients with a full range of Podiatric medical treatment. Together, we are searching for a Secretary to join their team at their Fort Myers, FL location.

Requirements:          

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient communications.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the practice’s scheduling software.
•  Maintain and update patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Prepare and process medical documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.

  
Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic insurance processes is an advantage
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to patient confidentiality and service.

Compensation: $43K-$48k based on experience.
