Together we are searching for a Family Law Attorney  to join their team at their Hackensack, NJ location, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action.
• Represent clients in court.
• Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial.
• Experience in managing your own caseload with staff and management support.
• Experience making court appearances regularly.
• Significant experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions.
• Strong communication skills.

• 4 years of family law experience.
• Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
• Family law judicial clerkship preferred, and New Jersey Bar admission required.
• Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
