Who our client is:
Consulting Engineers that have been in business since 1976, that have earned an excellent reputation for providing comprehensive engineering services. Their team executes a coordinated approach to managing projects from concept through completion. Together we are searching for a Senior Project Engineer-Environmental to join their team on-site at their Parsippany, NJ location.
Requirements:
- Partners with clients in defining the project scope/approach, activities, milestones, and staffing requirements to provide unique value in every firm project
- Responsible for and leads all activities to deliver the project on time, within budget and at the highest quality by establishing and controlling project scopes, contracts, budgets, schedules, and resource management.
- Performs evaluation and analyses on technically complex projects and acts as an expert resource by providing guidance to other team members
- Responsible for the successful completion of all civil / geotechnical / environmental investigations, plans, reports, letters and design activities.
Qualifications: - Master’s degree preferred, a minimum of 10-12 years of experience and 8 years of project management related experience. Previous construction experience is preferred.
- The ability to travel out of state 10% of the time.
- Must be registered Professional Engineer (PE) - NJ/NY or the ability to obtain if currently licensed in another state.
- 40- hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
Compensation:
$140-$200K based on experience +
