Our client’s family has been in the access business for over 30 years, and the foundation of their growth and any success they have had is in their Core Value to care about people. Together we are searching for a Sales Director to join their team at their Valley Cottage, NY location.
  
Requirements:

• Design, implement, and actively manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring consistent review and refinement in collaboration with executive leadership to drive sustained revenue growth and strategic alignment.
• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies by forecasting market potential and setting ambitious, yet achievable, annual sales targets for each team member, tailored to individual capabilities and market segments.
• Monitor and maintain optimal sales performance by analyzing product mix, pricing strategies, and market trends, while staying attuned to shifts in supply and demand, competitive activity, and broader economic indicators.
• Craft and lead comprehensive sales plans that align both divisional and individual objectives with overarching corporate goals, ensuring consistency with organizational policies, revenue expectations, and long-term strategic vision.

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required, providing a solid foundation in strategic thinking, operational planning, and organizational leadership.
• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred, reflecting a commitment to executive-level proficiency in business management, financial acumen, and strategic decision-making.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of revenue generation, market development, and high-impact sales initiatives.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a sales or customer experience management role, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, elevate customer engagement strategies, and drive sustained business growth through innovation and operational excellence.

Compensation: $150k- $200k based on experience.
