Who our client is:
A leading global manufacturer for the beauty industry. Their century of industry expertise, expansive product portfolio, and 12 strategically located manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia allow us to deliver unparalleled end-to-end solutions on a global scale. Together we a searching for an Operations Supervisor to join their team on-site at their Dayton, NJ location.

Requirements:            

• Supervise and direct daily activities of a team of team leads, process leads (line operators), and mechanics.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and investigate safety incidents, providing timely reporting and corrective action plans.
• Monitor the efficient packaging of fragrance products according to GMP standards, including planning, scheduling, and executing production requirements.
• Responsible for supervising production operations to achieve 100% attainment of the fixed short-term schedule while maximizing efficient application of manufacturing resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering preferred or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing GMP high-demand, fast-paced production floor with a focus on operational efficiency and team leadership.
• Proven track record in supervising skilled maintenance personnel in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $70k -$80k based on experience.
